"I love coming to Starr MedSpa! It is incredibly beautiful and such a relaxing place. I've been going to nurse Alii to get my slim shot for the past couple months and omggg the results have been amazing!!! I've lost 15lbs within 3 months. I've had no side effects, everything has been great! Nurse Alii has been wonderful and I always feel comfortable in her care."
"I have been wanting to the orange peel for a few years now. I heard about Tenely and StarrMed through friends but I live New York so obviously couldn’t do in office. I FaceTimed with Tenely and she was so knowledgeable and informative. She decided that I would be a candidate and sent out all products I would need to do the peel and setup a FaceTime with her nurse Alli. We applied the peel step by step together. Everything went seamless a few days of peeling and then I followed up again a week later with Alli however, she was always available for questions in the meantime. I had melasma from 3 pregnancies and sun spots and damaged skin. This peel worked wonders and is still working. My skin is bright and tight and the texture is better than I have ever had. I’m so pleased with my results and my skin is still getting better everyday. I’m just disappointed in myself I waited so long to pull the trigger. I will be doing this twice a year while using the StarrMed products I can’t wait. Thank you to Tenley and her team for making this mama feel like the best version of herself!!"

"I just had my follow up visit after doing my first Chemical peel. I did the orange peel and it was so convenient to have it shipped to my home. I live in Nashville TN and since you need to leave it on for several hours this was so easy. Alii was wonderful getting me started and communicating when I had questions throughout the process. "The orange peel mask was amazing and so was Ali! I did the appointment over FaceTime and was mailed the mask to Wisconsin. Ali walked me through everything before during and aftercare. My skin handled it really well! I am two weeks out and I notice a huge difference in my skin and I know it will continue to get even better! Looking forward to doing the peel again!"

"The spa itself is breathtaking! You feel like your in another world. I have followed Tenley, who owns Starr Med Spa, from previous spas and i wouldn't have it any other way. I was always afraid of looking fake or frozen with getting Botox , but her technique somehow just makes me look 10 years younger. I've done Botox, micro needling and most recently the Revepeel. My skin looks better now in my 30s than it ever has before. Tenley thoroughly goes over everything in detail and shows you exactly what she's doing.
